How do I join monthly mail club?
My monthly mail club is hosted in Patreon site. Please visit patreon.com/napyonz to sign up whichever tier that suits you!
When will I receive my mail and which theme will I get?
The mail club goods are usually shipped in the following month after you sign up. (Example: July rewards - will be shipped in end of August.)
If there are any delays due to production and quality check - it will take a little longer for the item to arrive to you!
You can sign up in whichever date within the month of the reward to receive that month theme! (Example: signing up within 1st July - 31st July - you will get July theme reward)
Can I ship my mail club mail together with the shop order?
At the current moment you are not able to combine your mail club order with the shop order.
When will I get charge again, if I not wish to continue how can I cancel my pledge?
Patreon will charge you once a month - on whichever date you have joined.
You are free to cancel your membership anytime within the month in Patreon site, if you would not wish to continue your subscription!
I will still ship your goods in the following month to fulfill your order.
